How we deliver used furniture across Abu Dhabi, what happens if an appliance has a problem, and the ways you can pay.
Delivery in Abu Dhabi
- We deliver to every area of Abu Dhabi.
- Delivery is free on orders over AED 1,500.
- For orders under AED 1,500, we confirm the delivery charge on WhatsApp before you pay. It depends on the size of the item and your area.
- We agree the delivery day and time with you on WhatsApp.
- Our team carries the furniture into your home and assembles beds, wardrobes, TV units and desks.
- You arrange any building permit or move-in approval your building needs.
Payment
- Cash on delivery: pay our team when the item arrives.
- Bank transfer: we send our bank details on WhatsApp.
- Card: we send you a secure card payment link on WhatsApp.
The website does not take card details. All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED).
Returns
All furniture is pre-owned and sold as seen. Furniture cannot be returned or exchanged once it has been delivered.
Before you buy, ask us for close-up photos of any marks, the exact measurements, or a live video call on WhatsApp. You are also welcome to see the item at our shop in Mussafah M37.
Appliance 7-day check warranty
Every appliance is tested before it goes on sale. If an appliance does not work properly within 7 days of delivery, message us on WhatsApp and our team comes back to check it.
This covers fridges, freezers, washing machines, cookers, ovens, dishwashers and coffee machines bought from us.
