The terms that apply when you buy from Welcome Used Furniture LLC through welcomefurniture.ae, WhatsApp or our shop.
The items
All furniture and appliances are pre-owned. Photos show the actual item, and we describe any marks or wear we know about. Measurements are approximate unless we confirm them on WhatsApp.
Availability
Stock changes daily and items can sell in the shop before the website updates. An order is confirmed only when we confirm it on WhatsApp or by phone.
Prices and payment
Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Where an item shows “Price on WhatsApp”, we confirm the price before you buy. You can pay by cash on delivery, bank transfer or a card payment link we send you.
Delivery
We deliver within Abu Dhabi. Delivery is free on orders over AED 1,500 and AED 250 for smaller orders. You are responsible for any building permits or approvals needed for delivery. Full details are in our delivery and returns policy.
Returns and warranty
Furniture is sold as seen and cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery. Appliances come with a 7-day check warranty from the delivery date, as described in our delivery and returns policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
